Lemon Rosemary Olive Oil Cookies

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

This was the first time I have used olive oil in cookies. It was so quick not having to wait for the butter to soften before mixing.

I walked out my back door to gather some fresh rosemary from my herb garden.
