Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

Well, dear fan club members . . . I was unable to impress with the full force of a steamboat behind me. 🙁 My heart has gone out of this a bit. Therefore my words of wisdom are: if you hang in there with me, I shall sally forth and bake on through to the finish line. Thank you for your cheers. One consolation is the family gets to eat bakery every week.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

Wisconsin butter, eggs. Not too many WI specific ingredients this go 'round. But pictured w/ flowers from our WI garden. Does that count? And hey! Look at that cup and saucer! It's Spode (not from WI). I brought it back for me mum on my first trip to England. Awwww…. She let me borrow it for the photo. Thanks mum!
