Individuality rules the day! Identical loses.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

Love Yorkshire in England. Love their Yorkshire Pudding. Never gonna have them all look exactly identical. Total pipe dream. I added lovely Nueske’s (Wittenberg, WI) smoked beef and Roth Kase’s (Monroe, WI) horseradish and chive havarti with some creamy horseradish sauce and a sprig of homegrown tarragon. They were gobbled up by the people living in house (a.k.a. family).

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
