Scraping thin slices of jello off of saran wrap!!

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I had to use Jell-o from the US…not at ALL like UK jelly. I SHOULD have used cranberry flavored jello or cranberry juice with knox gelatin. I’ve had real jaffa cakes from the UK and I think making the "squidgy" filling with intense orange flavor is not easily accomplished with the ingredients we have at our disposal in the U.S. There is no comparable "jelly cubes" ingredient here. I made really stiff knox blox jello, basically. Meh.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
