Have fun giving your creation a name and please describe your recipe.

Raspberry Danish. Used the recipe from King Arthur floor. Lots of steps to follow but they turned out great. There was a lot of dough so I made a few into single rolls and then made some into a shape more resembling the Danish Kringle that is a favorite here in Wisconsin.

Tell us about your pastry dough and final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?

The dough was very flaky and had a great taste.

Detail how you added a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or presentation.

I used our raspberries from our garden and then made a Kringle shape
