Buttery Wisconsin Cheddar Herb Biscuits

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I was somewhat rogue for this recipe, I added cheddar cheese that I shredded, rather than cheese spread like the recipe called for. And I also included fresh herbs, basil and flat leaf parsley (that I grew) as part of the biscuit dough.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I used Wisconsin butter and sharp cheddar cheese as a flavorful addition to my biscuits. I did get the "snap" after baking that I was hoping for!
