Brilliant Bagels: I found a recipe for bagels in my always reliable "Better Homes and Gardens ‘Old Fashioned’ Home Baking" Cookbook. Copyright 1990.The step by step directions were easy to follow and resulted in a very successful bake. My bagels turned out chewy and delicious and I had NEVER made bagels before!

This time I followed my recipe closely.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

The savory bagels had Wisconsin Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese melted on top.
