Door county delights. I made mini cherry cakes with chocolate mousse and mini chocolate cakes with vanilla mousse and a cherry on top.

Biggest surprise was whipping the cream. It took a lot longer than I expected.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I used door county cherries that were handpicked by myself and my family yesterday.
