Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

My proudest moment was summarizing our great state in a quiche – one of the greatest breakfast foods, if not THE greatest! – and adding mustard (dry and yellow) to my egg mixture while not overpowering the rest of the ingredients.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

Brats, Mustard and Sauerkraut. Ain't that Wisconsin?
