Brandy Old Fashioned Sweet Buns. I made an orange-flavored Scottish sweet roll. I doctored up some cherry jam with fresh cherries and bitters and I made a brandy whipped cream. I sandwiched the jam and cream between the buns, then topped and garnished with more whipped cream, a cherry half and homemade, candied orange peel.
