Give your cake a name based on the ingredients and decoration – and tell us about the origin of your recipe.

Neapolitan. I love Neapolitan ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) so I wanted to do it in a cake form.

Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

I’m glad it turned out since it was all in my head.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I was unable to but in the future I’d use local strawberries, jam and other local ingredients.
