Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I would describe myself as mainly a rogue baker.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I added a lot, and I mean a lot of Wisconsin cheese. The cheese almost burst the bread open. Plus I added locally farm grown tomatoes, which are the best tomatoes I have every purchased.
