The cakes name is "The Great Cheese" and the recipe was a strawberry cake made with strawberry puree for the strawberry flavor with a basic butter cream frosting recipe we had.

The best moment was when the mirror glaze came out and looked shiny.
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
My Wisconsin twist was making the cake look like cheese, since many people know Wisconsin for cheese. Also I used Wisconsin made dairy products in the cake.
