Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

Frank Lloyd Wright Loaves, using my own recipe, mixing it in a 100 year old hand-crank Universal No. 4 bread mixer from a local estate sale.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

First time I try to follow the recipe, but often go rogue halfway through.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I copied a Frank Lloyd Wright design for the braid as I grew up a few blocks from the Johnson Wax buildings in Racine.
