Eight-Strand Plaited Loaf

–Wisconsin Cranberry Orange Stranded Bread–
I followed Paul Hollywood’s recipe for the eight-strand plaited loaf, but added chopped cranberries and the zest and juice from one orange. It added a nice sweet yet citrusy flavor to the bread.
Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?
I’d say I generally stick to recipes. Going a little rogue on this one led to some uncertainty and second-guessing of how much cranberry and orange zest/juice to add. But, it turned out just perfect!
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.
Instead of sticking to Paul Hollywood’s recipe, I added chopped dried cranberries from Wisconsin. If Wisconsin had a state bread, this would be it!
How did you do?
