Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

Wild Black Raspberry Rosemary Flatbread-found a recipe online and added some tweaks of my own!

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Kind of rogue…which may be why bread is one of my biggest challenges (whoops).

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I picked the black raspberries from our yard (and neighborhood-had to go looking for enough ripe ones!) and rosemary from our garden. The honey is from a local farmer, and the goat cheese is made right in state!
