Bourbon Peach Upside Down Cake

Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

I started out by baking the wrong cake. I then decided to bake an upside down cake. This was my first and it actually ended up turning out well! I started out with a different recipe but it was not going well so I combined two and this was the result.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

In keeping with Wisconsin tradition, I added alcohol to it.
