Heavenly Raspberry/Cream Cheese Strudel – The Strudel is made with Phyllo and filled with raspberries and cream cheese. I used three different recipes to make this strudel.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
The biggest surprise was the that the phyllo is very delicate to handle. I was unable to get a tight roll because the two fillings were a little liquid.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
The raspberries were picked from our patch today. I used butter, cream cheese, eggs and milk made in Wisconsin.
