After Dinner Mousse Delight. I got the recipes from several different sources on the internet plus my own recipe. I combined recipes. My mousse cakes are white cake, raspberry mousse with cream cheese mousse and genoise (sponge cake), chocolate mousse with white chocolate and raspberry mousse.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
The biggest surprise was the tape wouldn’t stick to the parchment paper when I made the columns. I learned that it takes quite a while to do this challenge.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I used raspberries, butter, cream cheese and whipping cream from Wisconsin.
