Delectable Raspberry and Blackberry Viennese Whirls. I used Mary Berry’s recipe and modified it. I used milk and almond extract for the biscuit. Almond extract was used in the filling and I used homemade seedless raspberry and blackberry jam for the filling.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I used butter and milk from Wisconsin. The raspberries and blackberries were from our land in Wisconsin.
