Give your biscuits a name and tell us about your recipe.

Sugar Coma On A Plate: These desserts are super sweet, with the marshmallow center and the chocolate shell. Now I understand the need for the not-so-sweet "digestive biscuit" – it balances out the rest. Mine definitely needed time in the refrigerator before they would let loose of the mold. They were great with a hot cup of coffee or tea!

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I absolutely had to follow this recipe (which I usually do) because I had no idea how to even start with these.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

No golden syrup here – only good old Wisconsin maple syrup in the marshmallow!
