Blueberry cinnamon bagels. This was my first time ever trying to make bagels. I think they turned out great, looking forward to making more flavors now that I see it really is not hard to do.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Definitely am a rogue baker I love changing my mom’s recipes.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I added honey from Plymouth, WI and WI blueberries.
