Fancy Raspberry – using brioche and organic raspberries. It was my first attempt at bread pudding, and it was gone that night!

What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!

It was our first meringue and we beat the meringue by hand; my husband & I took turns. It was perfect.

How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?

All local ingredients, including real Wisconsin dairy products that always taste the best!
