Wisconsin Cheddar and Chive Flatbread

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Rogue baker. We are at our family cottage with AC on this 95 degree day, so we grilled the flatbread instead of heating the cottage up even more with the oven.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

We used our absolute favorite local cheese, from Wisconsin Graders Reserve.
