Joker of Puddings. I completely failed at the meringue…I’ve never made it before, and I was so worried about over-beating it that I think I under-beat it. The whole thing tasted great, though!
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
I kept the bread in bigger chunks instead of crumbs. It reminded me of a baked French toast!
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I used my mom’s homemade strawberry rhubarb jam inside and drew Wisconsin on the top with it, too.
How did you do?
It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
