Flipping the cake and removing the pan was a nerve-wracking process, but the cake came out smoothly and the design held its shape!

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

Made with eggs and maple syrup from my parents’ central Wisconsin farm, as well as seasonal fruit from the farmers’ market.
