Hazelnut Dacquoise with Chocolate Mousse, Ganache and Raspberries

What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!

HUGE flop on the first batch of dacquoise. 🙂 The second turned out better, and we can’t wait to cut into it.

How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?

Raspberries are in season, so wanted to incorporate those into the dessert.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
