Cheese and Raspberry Danish

Tell us about your pastry dough and final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?

I was happy with it! The texture was flaky and delicious.

Detail how you added a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or presentation.

I tried two flavors, cheese and raspberry. When I grew up in northern Wisconsin, we had massive amounts of raspberries in our backyard, so this brings back good memories.
