Wisconsin Chelsea Buns – I used a classic British recipe and used cranberries and cherries for the filling. When they were done, I put on a honey glaze that was very…sticky.

Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

If you use honey, melt it on low with 1 tsp. of water. It will be less sticky and more easy to work with.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I used cranberries and cherries for the filling, dairy products from Organic Valley and honey from Westby.
