Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

Raspberry Focaccia. The bread is a simple bread dough that was extremely sticky and I had a lot of trouble with the kneading. On the top there are fresh raspberries and some sugar. My recipe called for olive oil, which I thought was odd.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I stuck mostly to the recipe. However, I added a little more sugar and the recipe that I used called for blackberries.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used fresh raspberries from my garden!
