Wisconsin Chiffon Cake

The Wisconsin Fall Chiffon Cake. I have fresh cranberries and maple syrup in the cake along with some orange. The icing has an orange flavor and I decorated it with leaves and sunflowers. The cake has a good texture and flavor.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
After it was baked, I inverted the pan for the cake to cool and the cake plopped out. Luckily I managed to save it and reassemble it until it looked good as new.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I used Organic Valley butter, Driftless Organics oil, real Wisconsin maple syrup and fresh cranberries in this recipe.
