Rhubarb strawberry and ginger cake. I have strawberries and rhubarb for the fruit and some candied ginger. The cake has ground ginger in it.

The rhubarb leaked all over and made a big sticky mess.I also forgot to add the baking powder. I spent 15 minuets trying to get the baking powder into the batter.
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
I used rhubarb from my garden and used locally grown strawberries. The ginger from the cake was bought at Penzey’s.
