Wisconsin Yorkshire Puddings! A true Wisconsin recipe that I created. The filling has real Wisconsin cheese curds, locally made brats and sunflower oil. Plus, I used real Wisconsin butter for the batter.

Now that you’ve survived The Great British Baking Show’s first-ever batter challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

Do not open the oven door for any reason. The moment you open the oven door they will collapse in the oven.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I used real Westby Cooperative Creamery cheese curds, Westby meat locker brats and Driftless Organics oil.
