Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

I did better with time management this week than in previous weeks, and this was my first time making pie crust from scratch! I could've rolled the dough thinner, but overall I think it went alright.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

No Wisconsin twist this week, I really just focused on getting the pie finished in a timely fashion.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
