Stinky Breath Cheese Bagels: Wisconsin-made sharp cheddar cheese spread, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Cinnamon Sugar Bagels: brown sugar cinnamon butter swirled throughout, with red streaks for Wisconsin pride.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Rogue. Experimental baking is the best kind of baking! Like most things I make, these may not be the prettiest, or even uniform, but they sure taste good!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

The savory bagels have Wisconsin-made sharp cheddar cheese spread in the dough. The sweet bagels have streaks of red, in attempt for "red and white."
