Give your baked creation a name and tell us about your flavors. Also, what are you most proud of?
Wisconsin maple biscuits sprinkled with maple sugar for a nice crunch and extra flavor. My girls came up with the idea of shaping the dough into the shape of Wisconsin.
The key to this week’s challenge is your creative presentation. Describe your display.
We created a Wisconsin-style presentation by shaping the dough into both the shape of Wisconsin and the letters "WI".
It’s Wisconsin Week, so you need to showcase a super Wisconsin twist to your recipe and/or arrangement. Tell us about it.
We stuck with a traditional jumble biscuits recipe for some flavoring (subbed coriander for aniseed and caraway) then shaped the dough into WI and a Wisconsin outline. We used maple sugar for sprinkling on top in place of cane sugar.
How did you do?
