Brandy Old Fashioned Upside Down Cake

I made my caramel by by reducing orange and cherry juice to make an old fashioned syrup and spiking in brandy and bitters at the end. The caramel split the first time but I was able to make it work the second time around. Cheers to my fantastic wife Jenni for letting me destroy one section of kitchen after another and cheering me on all the time.
