Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I was inspired by Wisconsin’s state insect, the honey bee! I used honey from a local hive for a glaze and in the homemade honeycomb candy. The mango/chocolate bee decoration has candied lemon slices for wings.

How did you do?
