I followed Paul’s recipe.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I follow the recipe, but if it doesn’t work the first time, I adjust it so it works for me. This time it only took two tries!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used locally sourced eggs for the wash.
