Cow-kies and Cream Roulade
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
I wanted the cake to have cow spots in order to fit my theme. To achieve this, I colored some of my batter black, drew the spots on the pan, baked it for one minute, then poured on the rest of the batter and baked as normal.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
With this challenge, I decided to pay homage to Wisconsin dairy farmers with a cow-inspired cake.
