He left the decision-making during Puddings Week to a future-Wisconsinite — the baby carried by his wife. Joshua shared: “When we watched the Showstopper challenge, my pregnant wife almost leapt from her chair saying, 'That! The baby wants that!' so the [sausage strudel] was picked by a pregnancy craving.” This future-kid has great taste! And that’s a Wisconsin Twist we can get behind.

Through Joshua, we learned about “Paczki Days,” a Polish, celebratory pre-Lenten tradition observed on Fat Tuesday, and Smurawa’s Country Bakery, the destination in Pulaski to get authentic Paczki’s — essentially a Polish filled doughnut.
