Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I am definitely a rogue baker, because I rarely follow a recipe as written. I enjoy finding ways to tweak it to make it my own. Experimenting is not only fun, but a great way to learn what works and what doesn’t.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used dried cranberries from Wisconsin’s own Honestly Cranberries, LLC to pair with grated orange peel.
