Triple Berry Rhubarb Upside Down Cake
My cake was inspired by my love of rhubarb, my mom’s triple berry pie, and Leinenkugels Berry Weiss.
Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.
I’ve never attempted an upside down cake before. I was really pleased that the cake turned out of the pan so well!
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
I used strawberries and rhubarb purchased from the local farmers market. I also used Leinenkugel’s Berry Weiss as the liquid for my cake batter.
