UW Potato Challah

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Strictly adhere the first time, then I go rogue with Frankenstein recipes!!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I make this potato challah all the time, but this time I added some cheese and made half the batter red. I’ve never plaited my challah this way before, so that was a challenge, but everyone at my Saturday brunch adored it! (So I technically had to share…)
