Mac n’ Cheese Pizza Bread
Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?
Usually, I adhere to a recipe the first time because I don’t know how it will turn out. However, I have been known to Frankenstein together different recipes to make something monsterously delicious!
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.
I was inspired by my favorite State Street pizza place in Madison, and I added extra Havarti cheese for good measure, because you can never have too much cheese! The recipe made a lot of dough, so I topped one bread with cheese and the other with sesame seeds (so the braiding can be admired).
