Chocolate Lime Coco-cake
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
I decided to bake with coconut flour, which inspired pairing with lime flavors. I wanted a contrasting color – other than artificial lime green – so I added the chocolate glaze. This cake is a hybrid of several recipes with a lot of improvisation… very new for me!
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I associate Florida key limes with Wisconsin snow birds.
