Have fun giving your creation a name and please describe your recipe.

All Day Disaster Petit Fours – I filled yellow, white, and chocolate sponges with lemon curd, raspberry jam, and lime curds. I topped with buttercream and poured chocolate fondant icing on top.

Tell us about your creation's final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?

The chocolate cake was a little dry and the raspberry jam lacked flavor. Cutting the cake into even squares proved to be nearly impossible. The circle cutter worked better. The icing on all of them looks pretty disastrous.

Detail how you added a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or presentation.

I chose my flavors based on the Brewers (lemon), Badgers(raspberry), and Packers (lime).
