How did this baker brighten our summer?
Over the ten weeks, Jen mined the Sun Prairie Farmer’s market, her German heritage and the depths of her patience (including an all-day Petit Fours affair) to deliver a suite of sweetness we treasured. She also brought out her drafting board!
Our favorite Wisconsin Twist (pictured)!
Putting the “topper” in Showstopper, Jen produced a massive, 4-foot wide Gingerbread Monona Terrace. A signature feature of Madison’s skyline, we never imagined the Frank Lloyd Wright design sugar-enriched and candy-coated. . . until now! We grant Jen the award for Most Promising Gingerbread Architect of 2018! (And we love how the tootsie rolls recreate the lakeshore.) Bravo!
