Basil Yorkshire Pudding to go with Sunday roast chicken. I added chopped basil from the garden to complement the chicken – and used the chicken drippings for the fat. It was scrumptious!

Now that you’ve survived The Great British Baking Show’s first-ever batter challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

Chicken Yorkshire Pudding is even better than roast beef based.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I used Wisconsin free range eggs from my hens and basil from my garden. Goes perfectly with Wisconsin Prairie Fumé from Wollersheim Winery!
