Make sure the pastry will mold to the tart pan without being crumbly; try your fruit design on a dinner plate first, and have fun – it will look fabulous no matter what!
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
Alas, the only Wisconsin twist is the shiny jelly coating. It is a mix of two different homemade jellies from Wisconsin fruits – strawberry and cherry. I’m pretty sure we can’t grow almonds, dates, pineapples, and kiwis in Wisconsin.
